Other charges

If the user does not pay the fine, the system may correspond to not allow the use of any bicycle through the repayment of the fine corresponding to the funds of Ermoupoli. The user account will be activated the day of repayment. Alternatively, the Municipality may make a Due Process Certificate. * For the registration from the kiosk or the website, there is a charge of one euro. This amount is credited to the user’s CycloWallet.

To use the system you must have sufficient balance in your CycloWallet.

You can get a bike as often as you like. If the ride duration is below 60’, there is no additional charge.

If your ride duration exceeds 60’, you will be charged according the ride duration: For example, a 75’ ride, will be charged with an additional amount of €0,50 (“Route” charge). Charging for "overtime" is used as a means to discourage abuse and allow more people to use the system.

If after a ride your CycloWallet balance is negative, you will be notified by email. To use the system again, you should refill your CycloWallet (minimum refill amount is 1€).
